Inquiries and projects
An inquiry or consultation does not create a binding contract. Work begins only after scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms are agreed in writing.
Pricing and third-party costs
Indonesian prices are starting estimates. Global and custom projects are scoped after discovery. Domains, hosting, APIs, licenses, and third-party services may be billed separately.
Outcomes and liability
We do not guarantee specific sales, traffic, rankings, revenue, or business outcomes unless explicitly agreed. Project responsibility and intellectual-property rights follow the specific written agreement.
